Prior to DWF, Meghana served as Deputy General Manager - Legal Operations at Tata Communications. There she excelled in workflow automation and continuous improvement implementation, AI-based review contract review and automation based compliance management. As a Senior Manager at EY, she worked directly with clients to orchestrate project management procedures for a host of in-depth and complex programs. She also led consulting and CLM implementations for global clients across various industries ranging from FMCGs to Financial Institutions, guiding their legal departments through AI-based review and legal tech consulting.
